Policies for Georgetown High School Theatre

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
General admission.

House opens 30 minutes before show time.

Patrons who arrive after the start of the show WILL NOT be granted admission until intermission or with the approval of a staff/ticket member. This is to not disturb the other patrons, technicians, or actors.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Georgetown High School Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
